360 virtual tours are a stunning new way to present and show off your home, rental property or commercial space allowing viewings remotely and at a time that suits the viewer. Also known as 360 smart viewings potential clients can look around in any direction and move from room to room or space to space.
The use of 360 virtual tours is particularly relevant as we move forwards with social distancing as the new normal, allowing the first viewing to take place remotely saving both you and your clients time and ensuring that physical viewings are more validated. In the Highlands, 360 smart viewings have the added advantage that they save on travel time to remote locations.
Each 360 tour comes with easy navigation, can be linked to Google Street View and has the option of additional Elevated 360 captures* of the surroundings to further expand the user experience. The tour can start outside the property, to give that “just arrived” feeling, alternatively it can just show interior views only.
Smart viewings are ideal to showcase property for sale, rented property, hotels & self catered accommodation, care & leisure facility’s, tourist attractions and any more. However, as the viewer can see everything, they are best suited to properties which are well presented, or clutter free, or empty properties.
